FAQs Commonly asked questions regarding the merger of First National Bank to Investar.
Existing scheduled payments, payees, and history will transfer to the new platform.
Images will be available through the new platform.
Both options are available through online banking. The previous statement delivery method remains the same.
Re-establish transfers: Transfers & Payments > Account Management> Manage External Accounts
Former First National Bank customers are already using the new platform; their app and credentials will not change.
They will receive separate communications through online banking alerts notifying them of system downtime during the integration weekend.
Messaging: “Due to routine system maintenance on June 27 – 28, online banking and the mobile app will be offline. All functionality restored on June 29. No action needed.”

Beginning Monday, June 29th:
- Access online banking at InvestarBank.com. A single login box will be available for all users. The drop-down option will be removed.
- Download the Investar Bank Mobile Banking app.
- Online banking alerts will need to be re-established through the profile.
- Customers will need to remove any old Investar Bank, NA & Investar Business apps.
Re-establish alerts: Settings > Alerts & Notifications > Alert Settings
OLB Customers: Use existing user ID and password upon initial login unless provided with a new login ID in a separate communication
BEB Customers: Use the company ID followed by the existing user ID upon initial login (ex: Company ID 12345 User ID:JohnSmith New login ID: 12345JohnSmith)
All customers will be prompted to change their passwords upon initial login. Their current password may be reused if it meets current Investar policy requirements
The user ID and password can be changed in the online banking system. To change, go to Settings >Security>Update ID or Update Password
Customers with existing multiple logins will have to log out and log back into the platform to switch between their profiles
If needed, reconnect to Plaid® (such as CashApp, Venmo, other external payment channels)
Plaid® verification services can be manually reconnected
Outstanding issued items will transfer to the new platform

Reconnect to QuickBooks® /Quicken® online
Direct Connect and Web Connect are supported
Intuit connectivity is expected to resume on July 7, 2026
During the outage, customers are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file
Conversion begins on Thursday, June 25th.
Conversion is completed on Monday, June 29th.
