Continue to use your Cheaha Bank mobile app to conduct your banking from anywhere. On Monday, June 21, 2021 you will need to download the Investar Bank mobile app. More information will be shared soon.
In June 2021, we will be combining Investar’s and Cheaha Bank’s operating systems. Due to this conversion, you may experience limited usability of online banking services, including Bill Pay.
Important Dates:
Unless otherwise notified, your online banking user ID and password will remain the same. Upon your initial login to Investar’s Online Banking system, you will be prompted to confirm your identity by providing a one-time security code that will be sent to you through text or phone call. You will also be prompted to change your password.
The following features will not convert and will require new setup on your Investar Online Banking after Friday, June 18, 2021:

To report a lost or stolen Cheaha Bank ATM and/or Debit Card, please call 1.800.500.1044.
In June 2021, we are converting your current Cheaha Bank MasterCard® debit card to a new Investar Visa® debit card. You will receive your Investar debit card around the beginning of June.

You will receive your final statement from Cheaha Bank toward the end of June, and all future statements will be from Investar.

You will continue to use your existing Cheaha Bank checks, and when it is time to reorder you will be able to reorder checks through Investar’s Online Banking via our vendor, Harland Clarke.
